Survivorman
This has to be a "How To" show. He has a 7 day plan, a safe escape route, and a tool kit on every show. Here is the link. <-----Check it out. It is on my top 5 shows(I will list the others later). Just saw an episode. This man had a flame thrower for his landing. Not to bad. Better than the other survivalist on the same network. DVR status **** (out of 5).

I watch this show often. It is not like the other shows, this "survivorman" is by himself videotaping the whole thing.
